Blateen Cusania

An adventurer by trade, Blateen Cusania was born circa 435 AB on the Isle of Ehrdice. Blateen’s clan is nomadic so he grew up with no semblance of borders or boundaries—physical or otherwise. Blateen’s parents constantly sent him out on long errands so that they would not have to endure his nonstop chatter about anything and everything.

One day, while out in the deep woods, Blateen’s rambling caught the attention of a local fishmonger’s daughter, Zoya. When Blateen asked what a fishmonger’s daughter was doing in the deep woods, Zoya responded with a joke so raunchy it made Blateen howl.

Blateen married his Ehrdicey sweetheart soon after. The newlywed pair decided to honeymoon on the neighboring continent of Medehra. The two-week trip turned into a two-year expedition as the adventuring Ehrdiceys found themselves in a series of predicaments, most not as serious as others.

Blateen and his wife have a network of people that stretches from the Hadari forests of northern Medehra to the perilous mountain ranges of Mur La’Gasee. The two primarily make a living as hired swords and trackers, but if you ask Blateen, “a contract is just an adventure with guaranteed gold.”
